＊特別練習(掌底技法･古武道指導等) Special training(Shotei-giho, Kobudo etc)

　注：成年の部のみ参加できます。

　      毎月第二･第三土曜日 14時～15時：終了後、懇親会(宗家との武道談義が楽しめま

　　　す)

         2nd and 3rd Saturday of every month from 14:00 to 15:00: After the end, 　　　a social gathering (you can enjoy martial arts discussions with Soke)
